buffalo cucumber salad
  • 4-5 mini cucumbers (about 1 lb.)
  • ½ c. sliced green onions
  • ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese, or to taste
  • 2-3 T. Frank's Red Hot Sauce, to taste
  1. Wash and slice your cucumbers about ¼" thick (not too thin, you want them to stand up to the sauce).
  2. Toss with the sliced green onions and Frank's Red Hot Sauce, then sprinkle the blue cheese on top. That's it! Enjoy!!
