buffalo cucumber salad
    Author: radish*rose, inspired by Parm Restaurant
   
   
      - 4-5 mini cucumbers (about 1 lb.)
  - ½ c. sliced green onions
  - ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese, or to taste
  - 2-3 T. Frank's Red Hot Sauce, to taste
  
      - Wash and slice your cucumbers about ¼" thick (not too thin, you want them to stand up to the sauce).
  - Toss with the sliced green onions and Frank's Red Hot Sauce, then sprinkle the blue cheese on top. That's it! Enjoy!!
